Building Deposit

Your initial deposit secures your resources. It promptly mobilizes the preliminary team, secures essential professional contracts, and initiates design work to ensure we can proceed quickly and efficiently.

Architectural & Engineering Contracts

We guarantee design excellence from the very start by partnering with leading architects and engineers. They create detailed, practical, and code-compliant home plans that turn your unique vision into reality.

Architectural Partner Spotlight: Jewkes Design

We advocate for the seamless integration of form and function. Jewkes Design adopts a comprehensive approach, ensuring that architecture, engineering, and interior design elements harmoniously blend.

Property Survey & Soils Analysis

We perform detailed surveys to verify boundaries and topography, and a geotechnical analysis evaluates soil stability—essential data that guides the design of the safest and most stable foundation.

Final Plan Review & Approval

The complete set of plans is reviewed and approved by you. These finalized blueprints are used to move forward with permitting and construction.

PHASE 2
Permitting & Approvals

This phase ensures that all complex building compliance challenges are effectively handled for you.

Apply for Building Permit(s)

Our team leads the way in navigating county and state-mandated requirements. We gather and submit all required documentation to local authorities and handle all permitting processes proactively on your behalf.

Receive Permit Approval

This is the Green Light! Time to Build. With the permit(s) in hand, all legal and regulatory conditions are met. This is the final milestone before we break ground.

PHASE 3
Construction

This phase outlines the physical building process, highlighting the precision and quality control implemented at every stage.

Break Ground

Construction officially commences! This exciting moment marks when the blueprints physically meet the earth.

Foundation & Basement

We establish a strong foundation, using the most proven techniques and waterproofing to ensure lasting strength and stability for your future.

Framing

The framework rises as the home’s structure takes shape—walls, floors, and rooflines—giving you a tangible sense of space and scale.

Rough-Ins (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)

All systems necessary for comfort and function are placed within the walls before they are covered. This is a critical inspection stage.

Windows & Doors

We begin sealing your sanctuary with the installation of energy-efficient windows and exterior doors, making the home weather-tight and secure.

Roofing & Exterior Siding

As the roof structure is finalized and exterior cladding applied, your home takes on its unique visual identity providing both protection and curb appeal.

Insulation & Drywall

We transition from structure to space. Insulation enhances energy efficiency and sound dampening, while drywall and other finish materials transform the framed structure into finished rooms.

Painting and Finishes

We complete the interior painting and other finishing materials, finalizing the look and feel of the living spaces.

Cabinetry & Countertops

This step brings functional aesthetics to life. We install custom cabinetry, followed by the precise placement of countertops, making the kitchen and bathrooms vibrant and functional.

Flooring & Tile

Here, we focus on the grounding element. The installation of hardwood, carpet, and tile adds warmth and texture to each room.

Finish Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Appliances

These are the final touches that ensure full functionality. Installing light fixtures, faucets, outlet covers, and final appliances completes the systems, making the home fully operational.

Finish Carpentry

This is where architectural detail meets craftsmanship. We install the interior millwork, including crown molding, baseboards, trim, and interior doors, which define the final character and elegance of your home.

PHASE 4
Post Construction & Handover

This final phase focuses on quality assurance, client satisfaction, and the celebratory transition to homeownership.

Certificate of Occupancy

We obtain official authorization for move-in. The Certificate of Occupancy is issued by the local authority, legally certifying that the home is safe, compliant, and ready for habitation.

Client Blue Tape Walkthrough

This is our final quality assurance step. We conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to identify any last cosmetic or minor adjustments that need attention before closing.

Complete All Blue Tape Items

Our team will efficiently and expertly address every item noted during the walkthrough. Our commitment ends only when you are completely satisfied.

New Home Key Ceremony

We will hand over the keys and final documentation, celebrating the successful culmination of your custom home building journey.
